Vora shrugged and nodded. “I’m open to ideas. while I admit I had something in mind I also knew that when I opened this up to people that I was inviting in a variety of instrument and song styles. The lower registers of the harp could be interesting with the piano though.”

Sienna smiled as she looked at the harp, assessing. “True. They both have quite a range of notes and can go from being very soft to being quite staccato but I am limited with how fast I can pluck strings. Vora lit up. “Yes! I’d love to! I wanted to add the electric guitar to my repertoire, so that would be wonderful if you already could add that sort of sound.” She set her guitar down and gave her full attention to Nox. For a moment she could forget tht this woman wasn’t the one she had known at all and was still an almost stranger to her.

“Computer, I would like a Flute distortion attachment for Betazoid glass flute regular.” she said and gently took up her flute. The holodeck provided the distortion attachment which attached to cover the flute plate (mouthpiece). She set it in place and brought the flute to her lips. Taking a deep breath, she tested it out, playing a few notes, adjusting the mouth piece and then playing a few more. Satisfied, she began to play. The sound was akin to an electric guitar. Her breath caused the sound to emanate and as she pressed the keys in various combinations, the sound changed. As she had indicated, the sound was very similar to that of an electric guitar. Vibrato did not come from her fingers though, restriction on her airflow did that for her.

She played a piece of music that was rolling and rambling in nature, almost like an electric guitar jam. Sienna was a little nervous to play before an audience of one, the only audience she had had in a long time. To combat this a bit, she closed her eyes and played without indulging her curiosity to see how she was doing in the eyes of Vora.
