Yam finished off his breakfast and placed his dishes in the return for cleaning . As he left the mess hall as headed to medical for his first day on the job. He entered rather quiet room. As he walked in further he found a nurse doing her work on the terminal. “Hello There! I am Tam Winters new to the medical team. Can you tell me where I am assigned today?” Tam asked with a smile.

The nurse looked up from her terminal and handed the man a padd. “Everything you need to know is right here. Welcome to medical!” The nurse said calmly to the man. As she returned to her work as he looked over the padd. He was in the backup sickbay today to do chores and cleaning along with making sure all the stations were stocked and ready for anything. And if he had time to clean the labs and restock the inventory and check on experiments too. Tam let out a small sigh as he left and headed to the backup sickbay. It took him no time to get to his new place of work for today as he entered the room it was rather quiet due to it was not normally used unless in emergencies and there was only a couple of officers there doing there small things and more than likely heading back to the main sickbay. As Tam placed the pad on a small table near him as he got the feel and layout of the backup sickbay the guys finally spoke. “Welcome to EM2.” they both said in unison as they smiled at Tam. “Thank you!” as a smile came across his face now. “I am Tam Winters the new Jo Doctor here on the Connie.” As he came closer to them and shook their hands and finalized the greeting. They spoke calmly and softer now there was no reason to yell since the man was closer now I am Tim Ericson and this is my brother Tom Ericson were the orderlies and nurses here in EM2.” They both spoke kindly to Tam. “We have most to all of the work done here and all stocked your more than welcome to check over what was done we did leave a bit to do but nothing overwhelming for you. And if you are not sure of where anything is please ask. were here to help.” the Ericson twins said kindly as the went on to finish their chores. “Thank you as Tam started at the far right of sickbay to check over things and stock as he needed as he went around the room along with checking the instruments and tools. To make sure they’re in proper working order. it did not take him long to finish his rounds of the main part of sickbay as he then checked the surgical suites and other labs and specialty wards. Tam was a quick and efficient worker and got finished with all his chores and duties in no time. He admitted to himself that Tim and Tom were very capable and efficient officers he had no trouble in trying to find or fix anything that needed to be adjusted. As he came back to the guys as they sat there playing some cards quietly. The boys looked up to greet Tam again as they spoke in unison. “How are things going?” The boys asked Tam. “All is well All is completed if you guys like to wish to check things over?” Tam asked the boys. “Its not necessary we know you’re done a thorough job.” as they smiled at him as they offered Tam a seat as they got him water to drink as they started to put the cards up. Tam drank the water down calmly as he looked the boys over a bit to see if there was a better way to tell them apart. “Thanks!” Tam said kindly as he placed the empty water down and grabbed his padd to check off the items that were done on the list. And put the padd away again. Tam noted that they were both Full Betazoids and he felt their presence now it was odd he did not feel them before till now. Tam being full betazoid he should have picked that up on them right upfront but he couldn’t. Tam grabbed his tricorder and done a series of scans to see why he was not feeling right. Tim and Tom stopped and looked at the officer. “Is everything alright?” they asked him. Tam looked up at the guys. “I am not feeling right” Tam commented as he looked at the results. “I just realized your both full betazoids and I just now picked up on that and that is not normal for me.” Tam said with minor concern. “Tim and Tom looked concerned for a moment as they grabbed their tricorders and scanned him as well to compare their scans and check with the computer for anything that might have caused the issue. “I am not seeing anything wrong with the scans we took or yours.” the boys commented in unison again. “What does the computer say?” Tam asked the boys. “Its still checking the scans.” Tim said calmly. “Are you nervous or anything sometimes heightened emotions can cause a temporary block to the telepathic center.” the boys commented again. “I am going to have to get used to that you guys speak in unison when you’re together.” Tam said with a smile.
