Recalling his days in the Academy Johnson pondered back to the multiple seminars he had taken on the Q. Johnson tried to piece together the different aspects from the events that were currently taking place in order to match them up to all of the personality traits that he knew were common attributes that came with a Q.

Johnson, CO

“Aye sir.” Cross said as he followed the last of the crew out of the craft then he looked toward the area where the cry had come from.”Perhaps we should go see who needs help.” He suggested as he looked around the immediate area, keeping his eye open for any danger to the group.

“I agree Cross lets triage everyone so we have a clear understanding of who is injured and who is not along with determining what tasks each person is completing” the captain went on to say visually analysing everyone as he did.

Gong’da crossed his arms. “I will wait here then until you two are done triaging with you vast medical knowledge and expertise.”
Gong’da was in a mood now.

As the shuttle slowly disappeared under the water with a disgruntled bubbling noise, Oshi appeared on a nearby tree branch with a chuckle. “I did warn you that you needed to get moving…” he laughed as he floated down and loomed over Gong’da. “You’re a feisty little one aren’t you? But I am not a Q, I have never been a Q and unless you want to spend the rest of your life as a tube grub, you will refer to me as Ossian, my race prides ourselves on individuality unlike the almighty, egotistical Q who deem themselves to be above that…but I digress…” he shook his head as he transformed into a 20th century army general and gave a sharp blow on his whistle.

Emily watched the shuttle disappear from her position on the ground “Gee, so glad you’re not a Q.” She muttered sitting up and taking stock of what hurt and what didn’t. She looked around at their current situation “Why are you in such an all fire hurry to get out of here…is there a big hairy monster waiting to eat us?” She asked sarcastically “Give us 30 seconds to catch our breath or didn’t you notice we just crash landed?” She asked from where she was now sitting.

“Shows how much you know and paid attention. I never mentioned the term Q. But you sure do act like them you pretentious dolt!”

“Company, move out!” he barked with a grin. “Oh, I left a little present for the brat over there…” he added as he pointed towards the waving hand before disappearing.

Mother Hen

As the leader of both the away team and ship Chris walked over to the omnipotent being hoping to speak to him. “Ossian, my name is…” the captain began to bellow out halting as he saw the unknown individual disapparate. “Well I guess he’s not the type to stick around and chat” he concluded by saying

Johnson, CO

“Just insult him Captain and he might return.” Gong’da said sarcastically.

As much as he found himself wanting to dislike the little demon .. despite having been ‘healed’ he could still feel its teeth in his shoulder .. Torgh had to admire the spunk of the little fellow. “Not a Q. I quite thought the Q were individuals, at last the ones that deigned to harass us.” He adjusted his pack and moved farther up and away from the mud and quicksand as it were that was the gravesite of the shuttle. “Perhaps,” he said, continuing his commentary, “they are not Q as they say. Shall we just call them the ‘Ohhh’?” His intent on this was to garner a chuckle and lift some spirits - he was the counselor after all. He needed to keep an eye on everyone on this grueling trip ahead. Apart from mud, Torgh was looking forward to this challenge; he was looking at it as though it were a battle. And it was. Torgh did, however, look in the direction of where Ohhh had pointed. What present might that be? A sippy cup?

Not a Q…Cross mused as he activated a tricorder to see if anyone was present in the bush other then the person who had cried for help. He also took the time to type a query into the tricorder to see if the Ossian’s were in the ship’s database. That is…if it could connect with the database.

Byr was also checking to see if his tricorder was still connected to the database of the ship to see if there was any information on the Ossians. He wasn’t sure if he had heard of them before, but they certainly did intrigue him either way. Byr brushed himself off and said to the group “I should be fine to travel, I strapped in on the way here, so didn’t get thrown around too much during the landing,” he said.

Gong’da CMO

Emily shook her head “Might as well be a Q. Annoying little imp.” She said standing up slowly and looking at the Captain “Let’s just get out of here. I don’t like the way he said we should have move faster. That gives me the image that there is something even more problematic than a crashed shuttle.” She said taking out her tricorder and scanning the area for anything that might be engineering of some sort.

Torgh stepped around the softer muddy bits and hoped that Gong’da didn’t notice his particular antipathy toward mud. Knowing his luck there would be rain and that they would all be slogging through the stuff. Hitching up the backpack he shrugged inwardly. As much as he was disinclined to dance to the drum of the ‘little imps’ … he glanced at Gong’da as he thought that … there was some urgency. “We will all feel better moving,” Torgh said. Just doing something would make people feel better and that they were going toward a destination. Right now their shuttle had sunk and their spirits had done the same with it and they were taking it out on the petulant targs who likely had crashed them. “The beings did heal us. We should move out,” he said.

bump for GM

“Your right, counsellor,” Byrnarterro replies, having already gathered some essential survival supplies and a backpack, along with a working tricorder which could help them navigate, but also give Byr the time to get some scans of the local flora and fauna of the planet. “Besides, a little trek never hurt anyone, so I’m ready when everyone else is,” he said.

Ensign Byrnarterro Ch’riaqer, Science

Emily stood up slowly, protecting her ribs and wrist “So does anyone know where we are?” She asked “And how far off course we are?” She asked as she grabbed her tricorder from her waistband, it had the coordinates that they were supposed to be landing at and took a quick scan of the area to get her bearings.
