When most officers join the ship, most dread the psychological evaluation. But Byr relished it, and some would even say enjoy them. It was an odd occurrence as he cheerfully made his way towards the CNS office and pressed the chime on the office door.

Ensign Byrnarterro Ch’riaqer

OOC: Oh wait, that’s me .. in all my time here I don’t think I’ve done a CNS .. be afraid .. be very afraid .. I’ll um, have a bio up soon. In the meantime ..
IC:

“Six? Six rooms for talking and pouring out bleeding heart stories? Humans,” the Klingon muttered to himself as he worked at the rearrangement of the room from the ‘previous’ counselor. Flowers. Paintings to stimulate calm and peace. Fluffy pillows. Pathetic. He’d soon set this room to rights. There should be something to whittle down the chaff of the people who just came to talk. Talk. Talk. Talk. Ugh. Perhaps relocate the counseling offices in the holodeck and set it up like the Rite of Ascention as the doors open. A few pain sticks should help deal with that. Six rooms of hand holding, coddling, tribble cuddling, tea sipping nonsense.

There was a loud grunt on the far side of the doors and a bang that Byrnarterro heard as though something heavy had crashed into it. A moment later the doors opened and the end of a couch was falling in the direction of the young Andorian.
Torgh, CNS (sorta)

OOC: Heh, luckily your first one is going to be someone that actually enjoys it… I know… shock!

IC: As the door opened, Byr was surprised to see the wrong end of the couch. His antenne detected the danger and he was able to catch and stop the couch from crashing on the deck, putting it down gently. Seeing the Klingon inside the counselling officer his expression changed to one of confusion. “Umm… I don’t mean to offend you, sir, but would you happen to be the counsellor I should be seeing for my psychological evaluation? Or are you just moving the furniture for them? As I said, just want to make sure I’m in the right place” he asked, slightly nervously as to how Torgh would respond. He certainly wasn’t expecting a Klingon, they weren’t exactly known for being approachable.

Ensign Byrnarterro Ch’riaqer, Science

OOC: Long weekends .. the bane of my posting …
IC:
“Not from the quartermasters, then,” he said, disappointed. But then recovered. “Nice catch all the same. Lend a hand. Pull this out into the corridor.” Torgh was already hefting his side and pushing it. He peered more closely at the man. “Andorian. A noble people when they want to be.”

Once the couch was out. “Against the wall. Everything has to go.” He turned to go back in and then paused. “If we find any tribbles … you handle it.” Peering around he pointed out a couple of matching chairs that went with the couch. “Those next.”

“Now .. why are you here? Evaluation? What’s wrong with you?”
Torgh

Byr shook his head, but assisted the Klingon as requested. He had done a few Ushaan duels in his life, so his physical form was rather athletic from the training he regularly did, especially for a science officer. He assisted as requested and when the comment about tribbles came up, Byr asked “Why, do you have a tribble problem aboard the ship at the moment?”

That question caught Torgh up and he stopped in mid stride. Heavy brows furrowing his eyes darted about suspiciously. “It is a very large ship. Anything could be here.” His eyes fixed on the corner and, balancing the poofy chair on one arm he quickly pulled back the seat cushion and looked in .. just in case. “Especially this room.”

He found it odd that the counsellor was getting rid of all the office furniture, and was curious and then when Torgh asked about why he was here, he sighed. “I’m new here, so I have to have the mandatory psychological evaluation,” he said. “As much as I like playing porter, I’m a science officer not a quartermaster, and I am curious as to why you are getting rid of things that are specifically related to the office of the counsellor, sir” he said, pointing at the plaque that stated CNS on the door.

“Office of Counselor? Anyone can furnish as they like and this is more suited for an asylum or …” he made a face .. “Risa.” He grunted and continued to carry the chair with the Ensign’s help. “I will furnish it appropriately.” As that chair was unceremoniously dumped onto the couch, Torgh stalked back in. “No, why are you here? Anyone can board a ship and wave a flag and say they belong here because someone told you to be here. But why are you here?” He added. “Call me Torgh.”
