The time had come for Byr to board his next posting. It was an extraordinary site as the shuttle pulled up. Wide eyed, the young andorian’s antenna twitched in excitement as the shuttle pulled up within communication range.

With the permission granted, the shuttle entered the shuttle bay and stepping out was a rather… average looking Andorian. His Antenna still twitching. “So, this will be where I’ll be posted then? Excellent, very good, I look forward to working with you all,” he said rather excitedly. “Oh, I should report for duty, I’m looking for the chief science officer? That’s probably going to be the best place to start. Does anybody know where I would be able to find her?” he asks with far too much enthusiasm.

A middle-aged Englishman was working away in the far corner of the shuttle bay the duties he was performing were unclear. Having heard the new JO’s query he perked his head up like a dog if he had heard the word treat and looked straight towards the new scientist. “Well Lad” spoke the officer in a typical Yorkshireman accent “Its a little after 1900hrs so if she’s not in her office she’ll be in the bar,” he said with a chuckle. Although the English JO had not been onboard more then a few months he was told by others that most nights the off duty department heads like to chill out after a shift in the bar. “If shes not there then sadly I can’t help yer. If it’s working you could ask the computer,” he concluded by saying
