Attention crew of the Constellation,

It is my great pleasure to announce that Timothy Frogue will be joining the USS Constellation crew as the ships new Councillor His character will be Lieutenant Junior Grade Timothy Frogue. So everyone lets try and have him aboard at least 1 week before we scare him of this ship.
