(snip!)
OOC: Alright well let’s just roll with it and make it up as we go. I am not a GM of any sort so please interject add to or do whatever. If anyone would like to lead the story please do. But either way let’s do our best to keep going.
IC:
“Alright let’s head to the transporter room and get down there. Something must have happened if they aren’t answering.” Brenna left the bridge, all three of her huskies following. It was an odd assortment of officers and animals that were going with them to the surface. “You’ll be beaming down to the entrance hall Lt Cmdr. Or at least thats what the schematics we have on file say,” Brenna nodded, “Alright, as soon as everyone is ready?”Atoded, 2O
Eleyr slipped into the transporter room, a large and somewhat cumbersome kit hoisted over her shoulder, and stepped onto the transporter pad. “Ready when you are,” she nodded curtly and adjusted her stance, “Commander.”
“Commander permission to speak.” As he asked. Cause he has experience with transporters for sometime.
Lt. Slayer
“Of course, Lt.” Brenna nodded.
Atoded
“I have experience with the transporters. I know it’s a little odd to say but someone’s gonna have to do it right. Or one of us could possibly stay here on board and watch the away team from the ship. Since we are very short handed. Sir.” He said.
Lt. Slayer.
Atoded nodded, “By all means Lt. as long as you are still coming. We may very well need your expertise if one of their experiments went wrong.”
Atoded, 2O
“Understood Sir.” As he went over to the controls of the transporter. He set it so it could beam them down and if needed to beam them back up. “Alright. Stand By. Transporter beam is active it is on stand by and now is beaming.” As he just got on his pad.
Lt. Slayer.
Eleyr screwed her eyes shut and squeezed her kit until her knuckles turned a ghostly white, “if you misplace a single atom, so help me…” Her whispered threat eased the tension swelling in her veins. Travel by atomic Tetris wasn’t her thing. She much prefered the comfort and control of a shuttlecraft. She relaxed heartbeats later as the remnants of light dissolved into a rather un-entrance-like hall. Was this the Westrom Institute? Eleyr surveyed it with a sceptical eye. It was so… boring.
Dismissing the thought with a grumble, Eleyr fished a medical tricorder from her kit and lifted it to scan for life signs.
