Hi all,

Life is a struggle at times, and it has been like that for me during the past little while.

I’ve had various medical tests and appointments done, and I’ve got some more coming up. At the same time, work’s been a struggle with a charity we’re supporting by doing their finances for them having funding struggles which is requiring a great deal of attention - causing my longer than usual work days.

All of this, combined with anxiety striking hard and that ‘little voice of self doubt’ screaming at me that you’re not good enough, they won’t want you back, how dare you think you are good enough to Captain the Connie, you are letting them down and a whole lot of other garbage that when I put them down and speak them through I see them for the garbage they are.

I am sorry for not posting meaningfully in over a month. I am going to do better and see we all have fun.
