Folks please join me in welcoming Katy Darrah as our new Jack of all Trades, Cooper Gaines! Wearing a unique uniform with three vertical stripes, red on left arm and side, blue on the other side, yellow/gold in the middle Ensign Gaines is an officer running a pilot program where departmental cross training has run wild!
