Aurora stepped up to the holodeck. Her EMH had become a problem to both her and the patients that came to see her. She sighed deeply as she pulled up the ethical subroutines for the EMH. One way or another he was going to start acting like the emh he was meant to be.

The ethical subroutines had been renamed to Rimmer Directive 4725 somehow. As the routines were accessed by the CMO, the EMH came into existence, and said, “Greetings, Smeghead. State the Nature of the Medical Emergency.”

With a laden hovering trolley cart of tools and equipment the Chief Operations Officer exited the Storage room nearest the holodecks, when his PaDD alerted him that someone had accessed the Emergency Medical Holograms….He checked it again….Ethical Protocols.

“Who in their little lost kitten mind is editing that? Frackin’ buttered budgies.” Ridge stated, it was one of the dumbest things that he had ever heard someone do. “Yes let us accidentally turn the EMH into a serial killer. What Moron?” It appeared that the editing was being done in Holodeck one. Ridge shook his head and pulled the cart as fast as his short little legs would motivate it. So much for home DIY this evening, but the gear could still be useful. Oddly it did not occur to the man to inform security of the issue, choosing to deal with it himself.

Aurora looked over at the EMH as he materialized. She rolled her eyes at him and went back to work on his programming. She was after more then just his ethical subroutines now and if he wasn’t careful the Constellation would need a new EMH before she was finished.
