Ridge was not concerned with his mental evaluation these generally either went wonderfully or led to years of needed therapy. There was rarely a middle ground. His golden uniform, well pressed, expensively tailored, his appearance perfect in all ways otherwise. Ridge glanced both directions before stretching up on his tippy toes to press the chime and ask for admittance to the Counselor’s office.

Lieutenant Ridge Parvenu

Ashley was sat behind her large wooden desk in a large none standard black office chair. Behind her was a large black flag with a skull and crossbones in front of Mars with the words Mars Reapers. Next to the flag was a number of degrees all in psychology. Under the degrees was a glass case with a number of awards in from her survice in the marines including a silver star. On her desk was a photo of her team stood in front of 3 lightly armoured vehicles.

When the chim rang she looked over at the desktop screen to see she didn’t have any appointments. So she sat back in her chair and called “Enter”

Lt Farchild (CNS)

When the door swooshed open and admitted the Chief of Operations into the Counselors Office, it was definitively not what he had expected. A Marine with decorations for Valor. ‘Great’ he thought to himself. Though he was strikingly handsome, there was not much impressive about the four foot tall ninety five pound package that was the Chief of Operations. This was not the Wally he had expected. That was fine he would just get through it. He got through everything else. His father had prepared him for that, even unto his death, and to this day His father was around to give advice, well in the form of Parvenu, who often had interesting observations about Ridge to share. Oh she was a tall one two, over two feet taller than he, but slender as a reed.

“Good Afternoon Counselor, Lieutenant Ridge Parvenu, here for my on boarding check in if you can spare the time.” Ridge stated, brushing his thick dark hair back from his aquamarine eyes to make eye contact with the counselor.

Ashley stands up and offered him a seat in one of the 2 standard chairs facing the desk. “”Welcome aboard Lt Parvenu. I am sorry I wasn’t informed of you would be coming aboard however the fact you are here shows me you are pretty fit for duty.”

She waits for him to take a seat before she returns to her seat.

Ridge nodded an shrugged, “I tend to be head of my paperwork. Previos commands are never short of time to off board me.” Ridge didn’t mention that he owned his own ship and didn’t have to wait for starfleet transport to take him places, and well he travelled in comfort and semi luxury. He was more wore worrid about getting his quarters settled and his business back underway. “We trill are a stable lot.”

Ashley gave a smile. “I wouldn’t know Lt. I don’t tend to look at the race but the person.”

She sat back in her chair and took out a Padd. “Now Lt why would you say your your previous commands where quick to off board you?” She asked wondering if it was down to a character problem or if it was just a joke.

Ridge chuckled and settled a bit more, “Short Joke, and well my previous host was known to keep secret files about everything, so there are alway times people think I know things, that I don’t” Ridge chuckled again, “Or Parvenu doesn’t shar everything with me, and as Our minds are in theory as one, its likely the former. “But me in a nutshell, I drink, and I know things, of and make sure the ship has the best toilet paper.”
