As the team braced themselves, the large heavy duty doors slid open and a gust of wind blew through a smattering of leaves and vegetation. The storm was already picking up speed as it headed towards the colony.

Taking a firm grip on his weapon, T’Pris led the way out of the doors and checked his tricorder for their heading. Setting himself against the wind, he started to lead the team towards the last known position of the shuttlecraft. As the doors closed behind them, T’Pris motioned for Luna to join him. “Ensign, take the lead with me,” he ordered, aware that if they did get into any trouble he wanted the most battle ready member of the team front and centre. T’Pris set a fairly brisk pace as time was of the essence.

Mother Hen

“ I didn’t know the wind would be this bad” she said as she took her place at T’Pris side. She fell a few steps behind him a few times. It was not entirely her fault she had her wings folded as tightly against her as possible however the wind still coughs her just right every now and then. “ I wonder if it would be easier to fly in this” She though out loud as she continued towards the station. “ are these storms normal here” She asked genuinely cereus. She carefully watched the train as the went.
Ensign Luna
