Viktoryia paced the bridge it had felt like an eternity since they had been any where close to home, and she was looking forward to having even a few day to rest. She stepped up behind NE Scott at helm “ETA to Starbase Halcyon?”

After pulling up the information he looked over his shoulder “two hours ma’am”

“Thank you” she said as she patted him on the shoulder and then turned to Nevin “Commander once we come into a range of the Starbase set up some R&R for the crew including you and your son. If I am needed before we arrive I’ll be in brig”

“I’ve already started prepping leave rotas,” Nevin said. He was curious as to why the Captain was going to the brig, but it was not apporpriate to ask infornt of the other bridge officers.

Viktoryia made her way to the turbo lift she turned with a smile. It dawned on her that Nevin might not realize why she was headed to the brig. “Our new security chief has made her office in the brig!” She said as the door slid closed.
