I am THRILLED to announce that we have a new GameMaster. David Wonderly, Fleet Captain Seal, has recently returned to STF and he is going to take on the task of guiding us through the adventures of our TOS era ship. I am super excited for what he has in store for us.

I know this is a huge deal for us. We’ve been waiting for a stable GM for quite awhile, which means we are all used to focusing on our side sims. So please pay attention to the main sim threads as they are posted and respond. If you aren’t sure where or how to do so, reach out to me, Lucas, or David.

Thank you for the warm welcome!

Looking at the roster, I see a mix of people I have known for a while and new names! So, I should introduce myself.

I am Dave. I joined wayyyyy too long ago and have a fair number of sims under my belt. This being said, I have recently returned and have not had a GM post in a very very long time. So, please forgive the rust as I get my feet back under me. I love the TOS. I grew up on it because of my Dad and Grandfather. My biggest memories was watching TOS at my Grandparents. So, I’ve been looking forward to GMing this era for a long time.

I am a GM who takes a lot of cues from the crew. While I have a story outline, that is my guide and not a dedicated rigid story. I am very reactionary… you guys will always come up with stuff I never thought of and I love this. If you are lost or need help understanding ANYTHING, please message me. Either here or on Discord. I’m quite active on Discord and I would love to help.

I know you guys have been doing side sims and I love this! Please keep them going and add to them as we move the story along. Only thing I ask, please make the main sim the priority as much as you can. The sim will be kicking off soon, there is usually the admin setup stuff in the sim that will happen then, we will move the action along soon after that.

I’ll have opening posts soon for the sim start. Thank you all for allowing me the opportunity to be your GM and please feel free to get ahold of me if you need ANYTHING!
