When the Lieutenant got done with the captain and medical she had decided to go and meet her department head. She was looking around and finally found his way around and found her department heads office. She had then knocked on the door and smiled like usual. She stood there and awaited for a response and thought to herself “I’m going to be a good security officer and will not fail my department head at all.” She had thought to herself well enough.

‘Come on in,’ a voice called from the other side of the Security Office door. The doors parted to reveal Lieutenant Junior Grade Marcus Anders, sat at his desk, ‘Ah! Alyssa I presume, come in lass, can I get you anything ?’

“Well that only depends sir. I do drink tea. But other than that nothing else sir.” She stepped in as the doors swooshes closed right behind her and she sat down in front of him.

Marcus chuckled, “Alyssa, we’re the same rank, I only need to be sir in front of the right people,” he tossed a plastic cup of water across to the new officer and took his seat in front of her, “So, tell me, why the Sentinel? Why not lead a Security team of your own on another ship?”

“Well, I did go from vessel to vessel because from the farragut as tactical to the Lincoln to become security and now here. I was almost about to get the Chief security officer on the Lincoln until I was asked to come here.” She started to explain a little.
