Quinn hummed softly as she set down another platter of pastries, croissants in various types already sat cooling along with a large tray of bite sized souffle’ in numerous flavors, each row had a card in front of it telling the flavor.

Croissants- Classic Butter, Chocolate cream, Vanilla Bean cream, Lemon, Strawberry, and mixed berries. Nothing with nuts for allergy sensitive folks.

Souffle’- Chocolate, Vanilla Bean cream, lemon merange, strawberry, orange, and Chocolate with rum truffle. Nothing with nuts for allergy sensitive folks.

Kouign Amann- Classic, Caramel layered throughout, Andorian Chocolate layered throughout, Blueberry layered throughout. No nuts for allergy sensitive folks.

The tray she was setting down had Irish shortbread squares on it. Just the traditional Irish shortbread squares, since it was a direct request from the Captain she didn’t add alternatives as she didn’t want to over do it, the place card already in place named them and had the same notice of, No Nuts added for allergy sensitive folks. Though as she looked at the pastries she’d made, yeah she might have already over done it.

Quinn gave a small shrug and watched as the ship’s chef went over the platters with a discerning eye before he picked one Vanilla Bean Croissant, one Andorian Chocolate Kouign Amann, and a chocolate rum truffle souffle’, placing them on his plate and walking to his kitchen smiling. The sound of his happy whistling moments later could be heard from beyond the kitchen doors…
