NL Tracey Morgan had come in and dropped off 3 biological samples from the camouflaged ship. Her security tricorder was able to identify two as Orion and one as human, but any further detail was beyond the capability of her device and her knowledge base. She was hoping that the medical staff could run a DNA analysis on them, especially the human DNA, and run a comparison to the colonial database.

Nurse Matron strode into the CMO’s office in Dr Bailey’s absence. “Yes, can I help you Lt?” She asked plainly as she peered at the container with interest. “Do you have something you wish me to analyse?” She added, raising a pointed eyebrow.

Morgan smiled, “I do. We found three distinct DNA samples on the camouflaged ship we brought in. My tricorder was able to tell me that 2 were Orion, but one was very old and degraded. The third was human. I was hoping g there might be a match in our or the colony’s database that would help us identify whoever is helping the pirates.” She held out the sample swabs that she had taken.
