As Yarwood would be sending a 72 year old lady who he had just finished scanning and found her in actually half decent health for her age both physically and mentally. A mother not on the list but carrying a 6 year old girl who was came up. “..Ok sweety, now you behave for the nice medical man ok? No biting this time like you did to poor Doctor Conners three weeks ago!” she chided.

OOC: To clarify the mother is not on the list BUT her child IS on the list to get checked over like the other colonists before her, and obviously the mother wouldnt let her daughter come to this alone....so you may want to edit some of the part just below here....

Although they were not on the patient list, Alwyn didn’t say anything. Hearing the mother, it was likely she had troubled making her child examined by any medical people. Who am I to send someone in need packing just because of a list ?, he thought. The doctor took a minute to retrieve the little one’s record.

The girl was indeed six years old on the patient records. Susan Borns to be precise, the woman was her biological mother Sally Borns. The mother was shown to be a member of several of the smaller mining teams on Vok III. The daughter was currently enrolled in the general education program for the colony as well as a higher quality professional culture and dance school. The girl wore a light blue mid-arm shirt with a similar light blue pair of pants and a pair of light blue sneakers of snap on hooks. She had light golden brown hair, teal like eyes, and darker tanned skin. The girl was obviously in a sour mood given she hmphed to her mother’s chiding sticking out her tongue and then crossed her arms sullenly over her chest to wait for Yarwood to get to work. Looking at her local medical file from the colony there was indeed a note on file from a Doctor Steven Conners that the girl had a great dislike of medical professionals and when inclined would bite or scratch them.

Looking at the girl, Alwyn dropped to his knees to get at the girl’s height. “Susan, is it ? I’m Alwyn, nice to meet you”, he said, leaving his doctor title out to reassure her. “Would you let me examine you ?”

Looking at the mother, Alwyn said : “Does she have any problem, any medical condition ?”

noticeing the little girl and remembering how she used to hate doctors herself.. she reached into a pocket pulling out some string tieing it together the two ends creating a circle she smiled down at the girl as she watched, Iris slipped the circle of string over her two middle fingers manipulating it over her other fingers to create different shapes with it as the child watched intently amazement in her eyes.
