Paul Said his goodbyes to his parents and immediate family. He did not want to go but he knew it was better for himself and his future. As he turned and faced his family one last time before the transport beamed him away to a starbase to take a warp shuttle to his new assignment. Moments later he was onboard the starbase as he was directed to the shuttle bay where his warp shuttle was sitting there ready for him to depart. “Welcome Ensign follow me to the shuttle bays.” the officer said kindly with a small purr to their voice this officer was Caitian. A cat-like race is a very handsome creature or man. As he followed along as he saw his tail swaying back and forth softly and contently. “Thank you!” Paul said calmly to the officer as they went along. in no time they were in the shuttle bay as they moved towards a nice-sized warp shuttle that would get him to his destination quickly and effectively. “I am going to be your pilot or co-pilot your choice. Ensign.” The officer asked him as they got close to the door of the craft as it opened as they entered. Paul noticed all of his gear was aboard already. As he took a seat in the co-pilot chair aas the other officer took the piloting seat.

“Welcome to the Warp shuttle tiny. Please take your seat we will be leaving momentary.” As the officer took a moment to recheck the preflight programming. “By the way, I am Ensign Salem Toral Your pilot on your cruise to your new home and destination to the k-5 space station.” He purred sweetly to paul. “Thank you it’s nice to see you and meet you, Ensign Toral.” Said calmly to the friendly officer. Putting away his small shoulder bag next to his chair. as he got comfortable as he checked his station for this flight. “All is green here Ensign Toral.” Paul said politely to the man. Toral turned to Paul. “please call me Salem.” Salem said with a small smile. as he finished what he needed to do. =^= “Starbase control this is warp shuttle tiny requesting clearance for departure to k-5”=^= Salem asked as he waited casually for a reply as he started the engines and placed them on standby making sure environmental systems were ready too. he made sure the hatch was closed and locked. Moments later =^= ” Starbase control to warp shuttle Tiny you are cleared on vector 237 mark 4.”=^= The officer at the starbase control station said kindly. =^= good journey =^=a moment later the comm channel closed. as Salem tapped a few keys on the console as the shuttle lifted lightly from the deck plating as the shuttle moved to the exit portal of the shuttle bay. As the shuttle entered the space in the docking area as the shuttle moved towards the docking bay doors.

As the shuttle made its way to the main doors they opened for their exit as they followed a larger Starship as it was departing the station as well. As they passed through the threshold as the craft entered open space as it moved to the outer markers. they were now free to go to 1/2 impulse as they started to pass the Terran moon and Mars and the shipyards as well. As they increased speed they were nearing pluto. As they went into the warp and moved. Paul sat back and relaxed for a bit since there was nothing more he needed to do at this moment. time passed uneventfully for both of them as the shuttle came out of warp outside the system of the k-5 base as they slowly moved towards their destination. Moments later a signal started coming through. =^= Warp shuttle tiny this is k-5 Slow approach to station and divert to this heading for docking at the main shuttle bay on Sentinel..=^= the offer ordered. as Paul confirmed the order Salem adjusted their heading as they closed on the station and the shuttle bay.

The shuttle closed on the station as they began to pass through the shuttle bay doors for their landing at the station as Salem brought the shuttle in and landed softly. as Salem started to power down the engines and other systems. “Welcome to your new home Ensign.” Salem said calmly with that mesmerizing purr. “Thank you, Salem it was an amazing trip and nice to meet such an interesting man. He said sincerely as he stood and started to gather his bag off the floor. “Your belonging will be beamed to your ship and will be in your new quarters,” Salem said calmly to him. As they exited the shuttle to head to the main part of the station. As he moved to the transporter room so he can get to his ship that was in orbit at the station. Paul calmly made his way to the transporter room as he entered the room he showed his orders and where he was assigned all the officer can do is nod. as he returned his orders to paul as he motioned to the platform. =^= k-5 to Sentinel one officer to beam aboard=^= the officer said calmly as the confirmation came back he beamed paul to the sentinel.
