Rand laid curled on her side, head on his shoulder, one arm over him holding Roman’s opposite hand, and drifted while, slowly, their world returned to normal, though that was different now. The thought didn’t make her anxious but rather made her smile. But nothing would stop her from worrying over him, “Hmmm....you probably need water.”

Roman lay on his back, one arm around her, the other holding her hand. He still had no idea what time it was. He didn’t really care. He just hoped it would be a while before Elbbirt showed up again. He was still smiling, his eyes closed, just enjoying the moment with her until she spoke up and he looked down at her. His response only took a short moment to think of, “I’ll drink all the water you want if you wear the nightgown.”

Rand wasn’t looking at him, her eyes were closed and she was smiling softly. She flushed and turned her head into the hollow of his shoulder. She was worried about him and he was teasing her! She groaned, why did Randy have to do that? And then that made her feel bad because of early and how she’d treated Randy. She pushed it away though, she didn’t want to ruin the moment. She was too happy and peaceful. The idea of wearing that nightgown for him made her stomach feel funny and her heart race. She’d said maybe…she just wasn’t sure if it was still maybe. “Nuh-uh. You gotta eat…everything and drink all the water I want.” She was blushing but grinning. He’d never do it.
