Hey all!

I wanted to reach out, the last few months I’ve noted a decline in crew and posting and wondered how we can best improve this. I think the club as whole is a little quiet in general and recruitment is pretty slow.

I myself have been struggling to find ways to post and I think that maybe part of the problem.

So what do you as the writers/crew think we can be doing better?

I appreciate any feedback.

Advertising the Sentinel as a great option post Academy might be a start, not that we haven’t been plugging away as best we can as is.

Another thing is to encourage Side Sim creation and participation.

We seem to be doing as much as we can. But if we could somehow increase the numbers on the ship that might help.

In addition maybe we should look into doing a couple player run mini sims. Like being trapped in a lift or a damaged shuttle. Nothing that would effect the big picture but little things that could give us openings for character development and to flex our writing muscle a little.
