Marcus gave a brief confused look at Wrenchturn before cocking an eyebrow at Carmichael as if to say, “I’ll go if you say I can.”

On the bridge the NE at the engineering station which replaced the NE before, turned. “..Sir I’ve stabilized for now the power drain, still not sure what’s causing it on deck 11, but long as it doesn’t get worse we should be ok.” He said.

The Captain nodded, “Hopefully well have an answer as to what’s causing it when the investigation team arrive. I don’t like being vulnerable whilst we have crew of ship.” Carmichael looked expectedly as if to give a visual order for the security officer to join the engineers search.

Elijah was back to sitting, he’d been about to ask the away team when his Yeomans voice filled the bridge. Pressing the communications button on the arm of his chair he waited for the tone to finish =C= Very well Yeoman, I suspect we will have communications issues from here on out please leave a security officer at the entrance of the Mine in case of emergency.=C= It may have been precautionary but if his experience taught him anything there was always an emergency.

”..Sir?” NE at comms said to the Captain, “..The colony medical department is requesting extra hands to handle some injured from the storm raging. They mention there should be some clearing shortly for a bit if we would prefer transporting down instead of sending another shuttle.” He said.

The bridge doors swooshed open admitting Paul onto the deck moments before the NE spoke to the captain. He moustache seemed to bristle as he raised both eyebrows and came to a stop by the centre seat. “Well that seems like fortunate timing,” he said.

Doc Hudson

Elijah turned to see Hudson enter the bridge, “Your timing is impeccable” Standing from his chair he tucked at the bottom hem of his tunic, “and I need some fresh air, Let the colony know we’ll send a team down as soon as possible, if they could provide the co-ordinates send them to the transporter room where I and the Doctors with his team will be.” The Captain looked to Doc Hudson, “After you Doc.”

“Hmmmph, I make it my business to always be impeccably timed when someone needs medical assistance skipper.” He said through his scowl. He followed Elijah out and into the turbo lift. “Any idea what we are dealing with?”
