Thanks to his Yeoman, to who he’d never keep his head screwed on straight he had managed to put some time aside for his new second in command. Though having several fine choices in the crew to pick from Eli had been a little controversial by picking an outsider and someone who was similarly under-experienced as him. None the less he was confident of his choice. He’d sent his Yeoman to fetch the Lieutenant Commander Alder and to tell him to meet at K-5s observation bar, dress smart and prepare for a martini or two.

Taking his own advice Eli was wearing a grey three-piece suit accompanied by some brown leather shoes, a gold timekeeper and a flat cap. His Hankerchief and pipe stowed in his top right pocket the mouthpiece of which one show. He was sat at the bar and sipping on a dry martini while he waited.
