As the ship remained on course, Petty Officer Banner wanted to be at his post when they entered in the system. As such, he assumed his post and checked the course the ship was on. Speaking to the officer in charge he said,

“We are on course and should arrive at our designation on time.”

On screen the Sentinel dropped for warp and soon was in orbit around Sigmia III mining colony. Now all that was needed was for the landing parties to be formed and their investigation of possible murders and disappearances to begin.

From his position at the helm, Chief Black wolf reported, “Standard orbit above the mining colony achieved, Captain.”

The turbolift doors swished open and the red-clad chief of security stepped out, eyes scanning the room. His hand reflexively brushed against the phaser on his hip, subtly checking for it as his arm passed by on its normal swing. Its weight there was reassuring already, but he was in operational awareness already, the mission having begun in his mind.

He stepped down beside the captain’s chair. “My men are ready and waiting in the transporter room,” he announced, opening the case he carried in his offhand to retrieve a phaser, which he extended to Zarath pistol grip out. “Your weapon sir.”

He had enough weapons in the case to arm the entire party, avoiding a trip to the armory. His men already had already retrieved theirs.
