“Just medical and the Captain or XO whoever is on duty” She explained before adding, “I’ll get them out of the way and report back here for a patrol, though I have studied the ship lay out extensively already and would wager against anyone where things are” In this Ella was telling the truth and was proud by it.

He just nodded and said “Then go see the XO and high tail it back here. And I may take you up on that water, you never know.” and he smiled. “Dismissed, Ensign. And welcome aboard.”

Ella nodded as she stood “Thank you again sir, hightailing it out of here sir” The young woman turned on her heel and left the room feeling very much happy with how the conversation went, as she rounded the corner she let herself take in everything that just happened and first pumped the air “I’m going to be on the bridge yes!” After getting a few concerned looks she straight out her uniform, her hair, and carried about her day.
