Hey everyone, as you will see with our main Sim threads, our adventure in 2025 has come to and end. I’d like to thank Jason for his epic sim and being our GM through quite a few changes over the year. Everybody has done great and I am sure is keen to get back ‘Home’ for some R&R on Starbase 257…

Which is where the Saracen is now going to be heading for rest, repair and resupply while our new characters join us ‘officially’ and we prep for our next great adventure. As you have seen recently, James Sinclair has joined us as our CNS, Kate has brought on a second JO in Science, I have a JO Engineer that is available to do threads with and our XO will become our XO proper now we are back in 2394. All these Characters (bar my Engineer) is joining us at the Starbase so you will notice some of their threads were written at that point, and I also have one or two or so other people who may well be joining us with new characters soon, so exciting times!

If anybody wishes to work on their characters stories, Myself and Crissy are always open to help with them however we can, and Linds has an ongoing side sim for Dr Boja that people are welcome to join as suitable threads come up. Miriam also has her Galdor side-sim that anybody is free to join in along with Sam’s Tactical practice thread.

Turning to our new Sim, most will know that David Eads, Captain Quokka, is going to be doing his GMT with us while our own amazing Linds is going to be GMM. I have spoken with Quokka and I hope the direction we are heading in, slightly more high adventure and making use of our ship and our excellent crews writing ability along with the themes and character development that makes Star Trek what it is, will be fun and entertaining for all. This will be starting soon, but before then we have a few other things to do on the Starbase so have fun, watch for threads, do check-ins, and always feel free to contact me for advice, plots or observations.
