Please welcome Ray Branch back to the Saracen!

Ray brings us our new Helmsman, who is also a Cadet on his 4th year Cadet cruise.

Sounds like fun! His char will be helping out all the departments as needed as part of Operations as well in sims, so feel free to use him lol.
