Hey everybody,

I apologize for my extended absence, but December, January, and February have been some of the most hellacious months I’ve experienced in a while.

To sum everything up: In December, I ended up having to go back on insulin injections after 17 years (due to a kidney/pancreas transplant in 2004). I have had a difficult time getting the insulin adjusted correctly. Part of this was due to developing a couple of ulcers on my left foot, DUE to fracturing all 5 metatarsals in that foot!! During this time I also contacted Covid which knocked me on my ass for almost two months.

To top everything else off, my computer took a crap and it took about 2-3 weeks to get it working again. I ended up losing a lot of information: apps, documents, bookmarks, and programs. I’ve been working on getting all of that restored and it’s been a slow process. I finally have most of that taken care pf. Now, it’s time to get caught up on posts from both my ships for the past almost two months.

Again, I apologize for this absence but things are getting back to normal and I shoukd be back to regular posting very soon.

Oh my goodness Terry, that sounds horrible. I am glad you are doing better and things are looking up. I hope they continue that way.
