The doors to the Bridge Turbolift closed behind him, and he turned as the machine began to descend from Deck 1 into the depths of the Saracen. Time between missions was repetitive, full of paperwork and duty roster assignments so he liked to get out when he could. He was still working, but at least this way Natasha couldn’t berate him for working all the time and not taking a break.
