Teller marched himself to the cargo bay. For a moment he considered putting on an environmental suit, but demurred. If he got a little radiation poisoning it would give medical a little work. Teller looked at the debris for a moment using his natural senses first, sight, sound, smell… before using the tricorder. There was always a tendency to over rely on the tech… which of course was amazing. People could learn much from just observing.

Standing up from the far side of the wreckage, the engineer Osedi began to make his way around to the Commander. He had been gathering reading on his tricorder, now he was intending on comparing his scans with the Science Chiefs.
