Natasha walked into the lounge and headed straight for the bar. She heard there was a new bartender in town who among mixing drinks had a lot of other talents. One of them was a kitchen. Sitting down at the bar, Natasha drummed her nails waiting for the man to approach her. What surprised her most was his age. The man was not a spring chicken by any stretch of the imagination. Now Daye was curious.Lt. Natasha Daye, medical
Lews spotted the newcomer, it wasn’t the busiest of times as he seperated himself from Klorn the Bolian, and left herchatting amiaciably with a few others. On his way he paused recahing under the bar for a pair of glasses and a bottle. Then he grabbed fresh sliced oranges and a shaker of some sort. He was an older gentleman, grandfatherly, though the eyes had a quick analyitical look to them as he stopped before Doctor Daye. He might have been older, but something about him said he was not beyond his years. The smile was sincere, warm, and inviting as arrived.
“Welcome Doctor, Traditional Vodka Service?” Lews asked in old world accented Russian, setting down the bottle, glasses and accoutements.

“Would any self respecting Russian consume anything else,” she looked at him and tried to hide the smirk forming on her face. The man had a charm about him. It was friendly but not the friendly whose next question was probably going to be ‘so are you single’. Natasha had spent many a night alone in bars like this so she could typically spot that type of friendly a mile away. This bartender seemed interested in providing a quality drink to his patron and not subpar pick up lines. This could easily have been because he knew she was sleeping with the Captain. It was also probably the reason he knew her choice of drink. “The question I have in my mind though is can you make it palatable enough I am not going to ask for a fruit juice chaser with a tiny umbrella in it after one sip?” Daye hoped the man could mix a drink that would do any post World War II Russian proud. Drinking vodka was a hallmark of her people. Most started at about fifteen and drank until the grim reaper came.
