Narva came into the armory. He wanted to meeting with the security personnel. He was least acquainted with this section of the ship. He was scientist; not a soldier. But, these men were needed. And as first officer he would need to know what the ship and the people involved were actually capable of doing.

The armory and weapons control center for the Rovarran was clean, efficient, almost sterile in it’s approach to it’s main duty: preparing for the destruction of the enemies of the Empire. At the central Security station stood the Chief of Weapons Control, Centurion Jox Drunis. Drunis was taller and more heavily muscled than the typical Romulan male. He also had a reputation for ruthlessness and an unwavering sense of duty to the Empire. As the doors opened and SubCommander Narva entered, Drunis looked up and said “SubCommander. How may we be of assistance?” and he put his hands behind his back and looked cooly at the visitor.

Narva had yet to review the actually profiles of the crew that came aboard the ship. It was as new as the ship. He would expect weapons control to be clean. “Well Centurion; if I’m going to be in command at some point; I want to know what this ship and the men behind it can do. I could also use a refresher. It’s been awhile.”
