Once the team had the adjustments and new equipment in hand the NU transporter Reman operator spoke, “..Ready to transport back down?” he inquired.

Drunis spoke up. “Respirators on and Security will beam down first and clear a fifty meter diameter zone for staging. With your approval, Commander.”

“Affirmative, security to provide a landing zone. Is everyone ready to go back to the surface. When ready beam security team. Five minutes to beam the rest of the team.”

Sublieutenant Tevu prepared her medical kit for the transport back to the planet.

Saeihr stood on the transporter pad, her suit gleaming under the artificial lights of the ship.

Once the signal was given again the transporter operator sent them back down, appearing in the clearing once more, they found the plant/plants from before it seems had moved on, small lines of rooted tracks showing at least or two of them had gone to the north. The respirators did their job filtering out the worse of the planet’s effects but what was already in their system was still being annoyingly/frustratingly itchy from allergies.

As the security team materialized on the planet’s surface, Saeihr scanned the surroundings, her sensors alert for any potential threats. Since the flora and fauna seemed to have migrated since their last encounter, and Saeihr couldn’t help but feel a sense of caution.

Looking around they could see bushes/trees/plants present and seemingly unmoving from the earlier scuffle and fight, local animal life were active again in sound so seems like the predator plants were gone hopefully. They would now have to be on more alert, try to find the predatory plants in question and take least one alive to get a good sample to make a anti-allergic medicine. Not to mention hopefully complete their original mission for survey work.

Drunis nodded to the Security team and the disruptors energized and they began sweeping the area. Predatory plants or not, the area was soon cleared back to make room.
