Just as a note on AWOLs and LOA’s. The new Master Roster is very good at keeping these stats accurate. Now I do not check this everyday or for a fact every week. I tend to watch the ship and see that its progressing. When I see something slowing down then I check the MR. I do have some self rules that I use to govern these things in order to be fair. Rule 1 is that I do not usually say anything when you go into the Yellow or warning zone. After you go AWOL I give it a bit. However by 7 days over your going to get an email asking what is happening. After that it depends on the response, if any, before action is taken. Same for LOA’s. Basically after your LOA expires you go on the AWOL clock like any other player who is posting.

So that is how it works. I’m not worrying about who is looking over my shoulder so much as I am about threads being neglected because players are AWOL. Thats what is important to the Command Staff. So please be aware of your threads and if you want then check the MR for your own status. Its easy to forget and get behind. Keeping in mind that the RP is what were really talking about.
