I want to apologize to everyone for my sudden disappearance back in July. I got hit with a severe case of shingles that affected the whole right side of my face and head. My eye was swollen shut for a few days and I don’t know if any of you have ever had shingles but it is very painful as it affects the nerves close to the skin. I can see again, but I’m still expereicing severe headaches quite often. As it is, I’m trying to get caught up on all posts and begin posting for myself soon. Please bear with me while I continue to deal with the pain!!

Welcome back Terry! Sorry to hear about this. I went through a bout of shingles last winter, it can be rough - but I hope you are doing better.

I hear yuh buddy. It seems like everybody at my house has a medical issue this summer ranging from trivial to life threatening. (Don’t worry, I’m the one with the trivial one).
