The biggest risk seemed to be over. They had to still be careful but he was confident at this point they had negotiated a tough mission and was near a successful end. One that would not only help these people but also give SF something to study for years to come.

“Well it may be more of a case that Iconian DNA was implanted into the native population. So in a way they carry Iconian with them but I am not sure they are “Iconian.”

OOC: Just in case you were wondering why the GM has not been posting: I had left enough information for a choice to the next step. The Iconians had introduced their genetic material into the native population, and had been monitoring and controlling the direction of the evolution of the natives. The natives are no longer being controlled and the underground installation and the ship in the sea are now in control of Starfleet. The object of the mission – find the Dragoon and find out what happened to it – has been reached. I am just waiting for what the CO’s next command. :)

OOC: I figured we had reached the end but was waiting for a few threads to finish out. So with this info let there be a conclusion.

=^= Captain Parker to all Away Teams. We are calling in other resources to manage the aftermath of this. SF will dispatch advisors to assist the population with adjusting. Science will have teams to study all the data we collected and the ship and facility. We are to remain in place for a few days to guard those and keep the population away from them for now. Cmd Harn make sure the Dragoon’s crew is ready to take back their ship and when they are you can return. Lt. Gould secure the ship and deteach any of our power sources. SF Engineering can take it from here when they arrive. When all ops are under control return to the ship.=^=

The Captain sat back and felt at ease. It was a successful mission and he was proud of his team. Now it was time to get them replaced and back on their own ship.

OOC: Wrap up whatever you want to wrap up and we are officially in between sims as soon as the GM closes the sim with his final post.
