Crew,

As you know running a ship and keeping it staffed is tough. Somehow I and many others have kept the Olinski relevant and crewed over the years. However of late its been tough. So I need two things from you guys if possible.

1. If you are on the ship post as much as you can. Do not wait for others to create posts for you to respond to. Take the initiative.
2. Please ask around for crew. CE,CAG,CMO etc..I know our ship is really interesting and has some really cool pivot roles people can play. See if anyone you know wants to give it a try. Heck force them to watch Strange New Worlds until they have to play. Whatever it takes. hahah
