As Gibbs went to the captain’s quarters, he thought that would be a good idea to go to the captain’s quarters to ask the captain about the young ensign that came by to his office. He never thought that it would come to this but he thought it would be better talking to the captain about testing the ensign. He then chimes the captain’s ringer and stands outside awaiting orders to come in. He knows that testing the young ensign is the right thing to do but he wants the captains opinion.

“Enter.” Came the reply.

The door swooshed open.

“Welcome Counselor. Come in and whats on your mind?” He said as he motioned him in.

Parker CO

“Hello captain. Uh it’s this Foghorn captain. With your permission of course if I can do some physcological testing on here. He um apparently uh has this thing with a couple of our officers. One of those officers are a engineering officer and a science officer. Although, they are married. Athough with your permission sir, of course to do the phsycological testing on him, with your permission of course.” He said as he asked permission to do so. Although, he know that he can do something like that but it is always best to ask permission more then anything.

“Counselor however you want to manage it is fine with me.” The Captain answered. “However its very dangerous, even if it seems simple, these type of situations on a ship. In the old days of submarines on Earth there were strict protocols in place. We are not at that constant readiness level on a modern starship but this is still the type of things we like to avoid. Its not our job to manage preferences and love affairs unless its detrimental to the ship. In this case I think this fits.”

The Captain meant what he said. Something simple like this could create turmoil or worse.

“Don’t you think some marriage counseling might need to be considered as well. Foghorn did not get into this by himself you know. There are two other parties that seem to need to reassess things.” He added.
