Royce and Beaujalay moved through the corridors quickly, each carrying a med kit. “I’m not sure what’s happened,” Bennie said. “But we are to examine Lt Primmage as soon as she lands.“Did the bridge give you any clues as to what we are looking for?” Royce smiled. Honestly, Clint could read a prescription label with that accent of his and it would sound like love poetry. There was something about Frenchmen.
“No.” She shook her head as they boarded the lift. “When we get to the hangar, one of the flight crew can fill us in. I’m sure they’ve been monitoring the Lt and have been listening in to the chatter between the bridge, CAG and any other fighters we have out there.”
“Sounds good.” he replied.
A moment later, the two doctors arrived at the hangar bay and took up a safe position to wait for the landing.

Xandra stepped from the fighter feeling rather foolish. She probably could have made the landing on her own. But with Ric telling them to get medical on standby, she thought it the better part of smart to allow them to ‘tow’ her in. As she exited the ship, mechanics and crewmen scurried over it likes ants on a piece of bread. Each one with a duty to find out what she had done to their precious piece of machinery.
As she glanced around, the sight of medical uniforms caught her eye. An NE at her shoulder tapped her arm. Seeing the face of the young woman, the pilot smiled. “CAG said you were to see medical immediately,” the woman said and made it silently clear that if Xandra needed help, she was there to do so without overly embarrassing the Lieutenant.
“Thank you,” Xandra said and nodded. “I’ll go. I’ll leave you to your duty, Ensign.” She gave one final nod and took a deep breath before smiling brightly and heading for the medical personnel.
Once before them, she held a hand up indicating the corridor behind them. “I think we can find a better place to examine me than here in the Bay,” she smiled as if nothing was amiss, despite the headache pounding full force in her head now. If the Doc was paying attention, the edge of here face was tightening ever so slightly as the headache grew to press on her skull. There was an almost imperceptible twitch on the edge of her left eye. “Shall we?”
The pilot didn’t wait for an answer but stepped around them and moved to the door.
Lt JG Xandra Primage
“Little Sehlat” Pilot
Green Squad LeaderBennie had watched as Primage climbed from her fighter and walked over to them. To an untrained eye, she might have looked unshaken by the experience she’d just been through, but the doctor could see a certain tightness that trying to settle over the woman’s face that the pilot consciously fought to appear relaxed.
She fell into step next to Xandra. “Well, since we were requested to meet you here, we did. Its fine if you want to move the exam to sickbay, there are more tests I can do there anyway.”
Clint took a place on the other side of the pilot and the three of them left the hangar bay.

OOC: Are we taking this somewhere? Or are we going to pretend she was checked out?

=^=Harn to Royce, we’re going an away team mission. Meet us in transporter room three at your earliest convenience.=^=
OOC: If this scene is over, we’ve got something else for her to do.
Jason Harn, XO
OOC: Actually … The fact that she was not in control of her body when the microwave frequencies were on is very very significant.
OOC: Okay, don’t know what’s wrong with me today, but this is the second time I’ve jumped the gun and responded before I’ve read everything. I have Bennie heading to the transporter room, so Primmage is going to be examined by Clint, our resident Frenchman. :)

Xandra let him ‘lead’ her to medical. She was out of the hanger, which should have made her feel better. But it didn’t. In the hanger she had been afraid of folks seeing a pilot, moving under her own power, leaving with medical personnel. Something that, she imagined, didn’t instill confidence. Instead, here she was in the corridor, with medical at her side, escorted like some psych case.
Clint allowed Xandra to walk ahead of him. It was a clue as to how she was feeling—trapped, perhaps. He could feel frustration coming off of her in waves, so decided to stay silent until it was time for medical questions.
As they entered the bay, her silence and two steps ahead pace making sure that ‘small talk’ wasn’t easy, she realized she didn’t know what to do now. Stopping about ten feet inside the room, she just stood there. She finally managed to find here voice. “I’m fine, you know… really. I,” she faltered a moment before catching herself and trying to cover it. “I should be back out with the squadron.” She wasn’t aware she had raised a hand to press her fingers to her temple once more. Shaking her head, she dropped her hand and turned to face the doctor. “Really… just clear me so I can get back out there, please.” She was starting to get irritated, more than usual, but chalked it up to frustration at Ric being ‘over protective’ of her.
Lt JG Xandra Primage
“Little Sehlat”
Green Squad leader - pilotClint stepped up to her and held out a hand, gesturing toward a bio bed. “I’m afraid I can’t release you for duty until you’ve undergone a few tests. If you would try to remember that this was not my idea, things will go a lot faster.” His smile was understanding and charming at the same time. “Please, Lt. Have a seat and we’ll begin.”
A medic saw them enter the bay and came up to Beaujay to reclaim the medkit. “Is there anything I can assist you with, doctor?” Her eyes strayed to the pilot.
His voice was soft, not loud enough to carry to Primage. “Yes. I think this exam is going to be…problematic. Stay with me for this one. The others can handle whatever else comes through the doors.”
She gave him a nod and hurried to put the kit away. She was back in less than a minute.

Medical scans will show that the pilot had residual microwave energy in her cells, especially in her nervous system.
OOC: Until pilot talks, scans will not show that she had no control of her arms and legs.
