Her dark hair covered her rather large forehead. If you didn’t truly look, or know what to look for, you wouldn’t see the barest of rises down her forehead towards her nose. Unless you looked at her records, or ran a tricorder over her, it was nearly impossible to tell the woman was half Klingon. Well, till her temper flared, she was fighting a Klingon Warrior on the holodeck, or, with a tricorder, someone discovered her eight chambered heart.

Stopping at the Counselor’s door, she tapped the chime and tugged down her tunic top.
