“Looking back at the doctor, he raised his hand in the usual Vulcan manner, starting “Live long and prosper, doctor.”

“Peace and long life, Lieutenant,” Tauren responded. He frowned to himself, just a moment, before lowering his hand. “Should you find yourself in need of some… outside perspective during your time on this ship, I would not object to some discussion over tea with a colleague.”

Maintaining his Vulcan composure, Kirshara responded, “That would be acceptable. Now, if you will excuse me, I still have a great deal to get done today.”

“Of course,” Tauren answered, going back to his work.

With that Kirshara left sickbay feeling he was ready for work.
