It took time, but Ari could not avoid doing a check to the counselor. He wanted to be perfect, while working and be lucid. Lastly, the death of his parents lead him to have serious problems and time to time felt depressed. Not even Luna could make him happy…
But going straightforward directly on the Counselor’s office door, Ari felt almost at ease and not intimidated by the counselor figure. Usually he would have probably hesitated, but not this time, first for his determination. Second because now he had a role that he could not ignore.

“Well. Time to time is good to talk to someone without fears.” Commented.
With a gentle press he touched what was the bell and a silent moment passed. He prepared himself checking his uniform, his pips, his shoes. Then again checked the same clothes, and then again and again. Yeah, he thought, now I’m nervous. And to be honest he was super nervous, trembling like a crispy leaf moved by the calm wind of a spring night.

Morganna was sitting in one of the chairs with her feet up on a small stool, a cup of tea next to her and a pillow behind her back. She carefully stood up, allowing herself to acclimate to the change of position “Enter.” She said as she tugged the uniform jacket over her well rounded abdomen. She stepped around to the front of her desk to greet the visitor.

Ari entered in the room, cozy and comfortable as always. And looking around he greeted the Lady with brief hand shake.
“I’m Lieutenant Salemberger, here for the check-in.” Mourned with a rough voice, which he later cleared out.

“Lt. Salemberger, I’m Lt Cmdr Morganna Salazar, please have a seat. Would you care for some refreshments while we chat?” Morganna asked walking over to the replicator to order whatever the Science Officer wanted.

Ari took all the time to seat properly and for brief moments he doubted if he wanted or not some water “If I could have some water, ma’am? Today I ran through the whole ship.” He said smiling.
In his own, he was still so nervous that Miss Morganna could probably notice it. His leg kept tapping the floor and a regular rhythm could be heard; his head, instead, was looking straight on the floor. “Why it always happens?” Asked to his ego in his mind “it is just a counselor check? What is wrong with you?!”

Morganna brought over the glass of water to Ari, she had picked up on his nervousness “I promise I don’t bite.” She said sitting back down in her chair “Where are you from originally?” Morganna asked picking up the cup that held her tea.
