After his shift ended he put his duty phaser into locker and went to the gym when there he was on the treadmill and he started to jog.

Next to him, he would spot a slender woman also jogging at a fairly rapid pace. She was wearing a Starfleet t-shirt and gym tights with her hair in a bouncy ponytail. Noticing Wolf as he got onto the treadmill beside her, she gave a shy smile.

James smiled back to her “ getting off shift also doctor” he asked with a warm smile.

Adeline blushed and nodded a response. She took a gulp and responded, “yes, I like to work out before I relax for the night.”
