As Polis and Wolf made their way to the door of the labs, there was a pause and then the door slid open. But unlike anything they had seen before, the labs seemed to have been cut off from outside access. A shimmering red energy field was blocking their way. Through the haze of that field they could see a white-skinned Andorian laying face down on the deck about fifty feet inside the room. A broken vial lay on the ground near him, and a puddle of blue, glowing liquid lay on the floor.

As the door opened, a computerized voice said “Security breach. Unauthorized subject in the laboratory area. Lockdown initiated.”

Yes took a step and scanned the blue puddle of glowing liquid and the white-skinned Andorian. He called out as he scanned “ hey can you hear me” then he tapped his comm badge =^= Wolf to COS were in the lad and it is hell down here. Do you know what the egg heads were working on =^=

Polis had a visual scan of the room from outside. Science labs usually have air vents separate from the rest of the ships systems incase of a biological hazard leak. Not assuming this was the case but not rulling out either, there had to be a way to clear the room and give medical aid to the downed crewman.
