James entered sickbay he has not been sleeping well at all so maybe with doctor can give him something to help. He has been researching this him self the research keeping pointing to Vulcan neuro-pressure maybe he will ask the doctor.

Abel saw Wolf enter and he smiled. “Ensign. What brings you by today? Nothing too Major, I hope?”and he directed him to one of the biobeds.

He took a set on the bio bed and said “ I have not be Abel to get much sleep I was hoping you can give me something to help or discuss a more long-term solution” he said. It was the end of the day and then he was indeed exhausted
