In the morning Alex was bored so for a good laugh he glued all the CE tea stuff to the table. He felt like the crew needed a good laugh. Only a few people know that Blaze did it but they will not tell any one.

Bridie came into her office the next morning and replicated a cup of tea. As she moved about the office doing her morning things after shift change, she noticed her tea set had been moved. Going over and finding it secured, she growled under her breath. It was a family heirloom from before the 20th century and was missing several pieces. The pot, two cups, single saucer and creamer pitcher were all she had left. And now they were attached to the table.

She had a feeling she knew the culprit and wasn’t pleased in any way. She went to the locker in her room and pulled out the remover that would save her precious china. She them moved to the replicator and had exact replicas of each piece created. She had them printed into storage to use when she desired without having to resort to risking the actual pieces. She then used a bonding agent that had no remover for it and secured the replicated pieces back into place where the originals had been. The bonding was used for places like internal hull seals and external shuttle repair. It was meant to fuse rather than bond and there was no way around getting it off other than breaking the pieces now, which would still leave their bases attached to the table.

Packing the originals into fragile care wrappings and placing the box in her personal locker, she headed out into the engineering bay. “Ensign Blaze… a moment of your time please.” She was smiling and cheerful and there was absolutely no hint that anything was amiss.
