Chris and Valharra entered the bridge and the helmsman called out. “Captain on Bridge!” Chris looked around. “As you were.” HE went to the center chair where NE Lt. Commander Harris was at. “I will have the Con now Commander. Or more importantly, Mister Valharra has the Con. Here you go sir. Have a seat.” Chris said as he motioned to the center chair.

The Vulcan’s senses were knocked off guard. Since being assigned to the ship, he had only been assigned to sit at the tactical/security station on the bridge a few times, and the captain wanted him to sit in the main chair. He sat down slowly. It was very comfortable. “Thank you, sir.” He said. His face probably still looking puzzled.
Ensign Valharra, security

“Welcome. We need to go to Orbital Station 38 in Sector 4 and have to be there in a week. Please calculate what warp we need to maintain to make it there on time. Then go ahead and tell tell the Helm officer where to go and what what speed. Take your time. Remember you are learning something new. You never know when it might just be you left in charge of the ship or might have to take over.” HE said calmly. Chris liked the new expression the Vulcan was wearing.
