Hello everyone! Please help me welcome our newest GM who is Everybody!

That’s right. We are a self governing ship now.
So essentially what self sim means is like OEDV, everybody on the crew has equal say in how Sims are run/the outcome etc, in practise somebody runs a thread and writing is co-operative, but it does need a way to ensure writing is positive and such.

If a side SIM then make it so that both parties are posting. If a ship wide SIM then make sure v everyone can post.
