Given our unique ship, we are in need of mentors. I would like one for each department. I know the DH is there to mentor their crew, then the XO and CO, etc… But I want volunteers not people being voluntold. That way I know that the person who volunteered will do a better job than the person forced.

Had a few emails with some people before, but they tend to trail off. (Hoping that means I did well? :D) Still relatively new to STF, but I don’t mind helping out where I can!

I don’t have a huge amount of patience with some people new to the club, especially when they think they know what they don’t, so I think I’m probably not the best choice for a mentor.
