IC: At this moment the sensors began to display an unusual navigation ‘echo’ as if the sensors were picking the telemetry and navigation sensors up twice. The helmsman shivered for some reason “Sir, my sensors are echoing, unsure of the reason why at this moment sir”

Mwezi slipped the PaDD into his belt, and stepped over to the turbolifts. “I will be back with the food posthaste,” he spoke. He wasn’t sure if it was locked from his access, so he pressed the button that would request the doors to open.

Kane looked at Mwezi and yelled “Bacon! And beer! And if the dancing girls are available, I’ll take two!” Looking back at the bridge crew, many of whom had turned to stare, he said “What? I thought were placing our dinner orders.”

“And I didn’t know we were on an Orion pleasure vessel” The scientist said with dry wit before turning his gaze on his panel, checking this sensor echo the Helmsman reported “I’m scanning for abnormalities, however, we may simply need to realign our sensor array”

“I’m just going off what the recruiting brochure told me about this ship. Not like they’d lie or anything, right?” and he began a series of scans from the tactical console to see if his readings were different from the helm.

All sensors checked out fine, but the helm still showed a echo even after checking the systems which appeared to be functioning properly.

Mwezi left the bridge, going into the Turbolift and heading down towards the mess hall.

At this time the Captain, Admiral and XO entered the bridge. Chris stepped out of the turbolift first, stood to attention at the side of it to allow the others to enter the bridge and bellowed in a commanding voice. “Attention on deck!”

Kane turned and looked at the commotion, but didn’t budge except to shake his head and turn back to his console.

Stovik stood to the side of the open turbolift doors to allow the Admiral to precede him onto the bridge then followed after him. He followed the Admiral down to the command area and then turned to face the Admiral.
“When your ready, Admiral.” He said nodding to the higher ranked officer.

William frowned at the tattooed officer and made a mental note regarding his disregard for authority. How he’d made to lieutenant was surprising. turning slightly to the side so watch the incoming Admiralty. Placing his hands behind his back and stiffening up. The stance was freshly familiar. Only a few months ago he’d been working at the Academy where the stance was more common.
